Unified Deism Community:

Although Deism is not as well known as the Humanist and Atheist movements, Deists represent a diverse and rapidly growing segment of freethinkers. Thomas Jefferson, himself a Deist, not only made the case for the separation of Church and State, but also for reason. He said, "Question with boldness even the existence of a God; because, if there be one, he must more approve of the homage of reason, than that of blind-folded fear." The Unified Deism Community believes very much in these core principles, expressed so eloquently by Founding Fathers such as Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Paine, and Benjamin Franklin. Please accept our endorsement of your efforts to promote a National Day of Reason along with our commitment to publicize it in our Community's blogs, official videos, discussion forums, and online conferences.
